For the past twenty-seven years Lora has refined her craft through her varied and elevated experiences. From studying and working for renowned Vidal Sassoon in Chicago and servicing high-end clients to operating an Ulta in North Carolina as a salon manager, Lora has built an impressive resume and career. Now that she is back in her home state of Ohio, Lora has decided to embark upon the new challenge of starting Cordy Style Studio in New Albany, where she and her family call home. Cancellation Policy
The Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. We ask that you make every effort to call and cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the service. If cancelled sooner than 24 hours, a 50% charge will be applied to your card. No-Call-No-Shows will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. No exceptions. Cancellations within 24 hours will be at my discretion. Please understand that I am a small business owner and that my time is my living. Many email and text reminders are sent out before your appointment.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Call-No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service.
